This error is often caused by high interference, a poor signal, or incompatible firmware versions. To troubleshoot, improve the signal, check the spectrum analyzer for interference, ensure firmware versions are compatible.

I would suggest you to Raise Ticket in the top right of this page and attach techsupport files from AP and SM. Our engineer will assist you to isolate it

GUI >> Tools >> Backup/Restore
