I make a Vmware image and copy it to a another server, but it doesn`t work! why?
Please help me!
my old system is going down, and so i want to reinstall the prizm on another server 
VMWare typically uses the MAC from the hardware underneith it, so if you move a VM session, check your licensing server MAC address.
