can not upgrade epmp1000

hy,

i want to upgrade an epmp 1000 (AP with GPS) from 2.5 to 2.6 , i upload the file click the upgrade button, pop-up comes out "Initializing Upgrade..", 10 seconds notification section will be red say again "Initializing Upgrade.. " i wait but nothing happens.

any suggestion?

I would try rebooting the radio if you haven't already. I had this happen once where a reboot fixed the issue. I don't know if the flash memory was full or a process was broken, but a reboot fixed my isuse.
