The answer is Yes , and there are few things to consider before forming a link.
1. Regaultory Band(RB) 101 was created specifically for UNII-3, so "A" SKU's and "B" SKU's must use the same Regulatory Band RB#101 in UNII-3 band.
2. Mimimum Firmware need to be 02-60 or greater version for forming links between PTP670's
3. Mimimum Firmware need to be 01-46 or greater version for forming links between PTP650 and PTP670
4. Mimimum Firmware need to 01-46 or greater version for forming TDM links between PTP670's or PTP650-670
