Can you power 4500/4600 with 27V PoE?

Dumb question, but can you power the ePMP 4500/4600 with 4-pair 27V PoE? The PoE swtich in question can supply 40W of power over 4 pair POE at 27V so it has enough watts to handle the 4500/4600, but I was not sure if it would work with the lower voltage.

No, the APs require 48v.
