Cannot access to the Canopy screen with the new IP

 WOW ,I didn’t know ebay had a wireless company.

This just gets better and better.

You assume everone is a thief.
I gave this company $310.00 For install and then 150. in charges
the unit goes down 50 times a day.
One time it was down for 26 days straight.
The tech they sent out just unplug power from the wall and left.
So they not smart enough to fix it so i am trying to my self.
Hope fully the people working for you are smarter.
Mabye that is why this company went out of buisness and sold it off.
THAT STILL LEAVES ME WITH THIS OR DIRECWAY.
WHat do you sugestt. Since they are the only one in town.
DIAL UP ??????????

So let me get this straight;

-You bought the module off eBay instead of from your provider where it would have been cheaper/better.

-You then had your ISP come out and install it and you paid them 500 dollars (lol) to install it. It would have been the same price to get an antenna/module from them.

-Your ISP went out of business but you're still trying to connect to it?

-I'm assuming you're on dial-up now...so yes that's what I'd suggest.

My suggestion is this:

A) You bought a bad module off of eBay.
B) Enjoy dial-up.

  ebay LMAO

No i paid a company $310. dollars and they installed the module.
With company that serve me
Then i bought one on ebay because i want to learn the trade to be a installer.
Be cause the Idjict that are doing it here dont know what they are doing.
I have 2 units
I pay a company 52.10 a mounth for the service that only works 6 days a mounth.
And i have a nother unit on my desk to fart around wirth.

B) Enjoy dial-up.

So don’t pay them? Tell them to charge you per day that it works. We charge like 64.95/mo and I think that breaks down to like 2.17/day iirc. So you could see what they thought about that. I wouldn’t pay my power bill if my power was out 25 days a month.

If you can’t even get into the IP address…being an installer is going to be hard.

let it go

 this is the most fun I have had in months I would give you internet if you were in my system

My adress is 333 Iroquois Trl Bandera Tx 78003
This is a long ways from My orginal quistion of When i asing a ip adress in the 2400 sm Of 10.10.100.91 with subnet of 255.255.254.0 and gate way of 10.10.100.1 why cant i get back into the radio from the pc.
Where is DSL when you neeed it.

harold even though you bought this what keeps you from driving over to the isp where the service is coming from and just have them to configure it for you real quick?

you know they can do it in a couple of min.

The only reason i bought this was for the refletor dish. Witch fixed my dropping the signal problem. And i had it IP adress And subnet wrong to get back in the radio,
So now i will throw it in the closet with the rest of my spar parts JunK.

So what makes you so sure of that if you can't get back into the radio? The WISP could tell that from their end even if you have messed up your IP or subnet. But from the SM side, you'd need to have the IP config right to access that information.

And if the WISP went out of business, why are you still trying to connect to their system?

Like others have said, even if you are providing your own reflector dish to make up for the ISP's ineptness, you should still let them configure the radio.

 You are so full of it! LMAO
