Product: PTP810.

Issue: Cannot find the QPSK modulation option in the PTP810 link configuration GUI page.
- Logged in to Radio
- Click on "Link Configuration" on the left pane
- On the right pane, Select the Operation Mode as "Standard"
- IDU Operation Mode > select QPSK. Example - "7M-QPSK-T1”. Here there is no option to select QPSK. However, the available options are just 2 as below
- 14Q-16M-E1
- 10M-16Q-T
Solution: After applying the proper license, Issue resolved. In PTP810 for every Modulation along with the capacity we need to apply that particular license. Else it will not be available in the GUI for configuration.
If some modulations are still missing, there may be a problem with the Modes image file. You can check the Modes image in the reprogramming screen. PTP810MMU > Administration > Maintenance > Reprogramming. Verify that the active Image of the Modes file matches the expected image version found in the release notes.
