I am attempting to upgrade a 1.0.3 radio but when I attempt the upgrade the screen darkens for a moment then goes back to normal. no upgrade has taken place. I have tried several different browsers thinking it may be a java issue. I just finished upgrading a 1.1.7 radio with no problems.
I am thinking that 1.0.3 gui is horribly broken. Is there a command like method to upgrade the radio?
Browser versions tried Version 37.0.2062.103 m Chrome and IE Version 11.
It appears that the radio in fact did take the upgrade. It just didn’t give any indication that it was upgrading or had even accepted the upgrade file until I rebooted it out of annoyance.

Release 1.0.3 had a known bug where the browser window had to be refreshed after clearing the cache to get the latest status of the radio. This has since been resolved and you should not run into the problem again. You did the right thing by rebooting the radio to complete the upgrade. Sorry for the trouble.
