Canopy AP Jitter: N/A - Power Level: N/A

Gang we have an AP that has customers going “N/A” for both power level and Jitter under the session list. This then recovers after a period of time. Reboot of the A/P seems to clear it up for awhile. 3 AP’s on the tower all synced / different channels. 11.0.1 firmware on AP and majority of customers (some have 10.5) Jitter levels reported on the AP show some in the 8-10 range with some hitting 13 at times. Is the N/A telling me I have an interference issue?

N/A shows up during the registration process - if you see sessions hanging there with N/A for a while, that means the SM dropped offline before registration was complete. Sounds like you have some interference or signal issues indeed
