45 Year MTBF that all for AP,SM,BH (except BH OFDM)

what is the MTBF for CMM GPS header(model:GCNTM20A3A)?
if the mtf is 45 years why wont they replace any of the failed units i have? I have probably 15k worth of paper wieghts in my storage unit. Did anyone ever find a company that will repair the canopy equipment?
I sent 11- 2.4 sm units they were able to repair 5 of them it was $99.00 eash unit plus a small shipping fee. Returned all the units
There is only a 15 day warranty, I tested all of them one did not work. Called return for repair or will swoop for another unit, I thought that was fair.
He was able to repair some of my paper weights
