Customers who use MRTG or other third party network monitoring tools may experience errors/missing data when monitoring Canopy via SNMP using ifHCInOctets or ifHCOutOctets OIDS from the IF::MIB mib. The problem was traced to variable in the Canopy Software not incrementing correctly. The logic error in the software has been identified and fixed… The fix will be put into 9.2 for OFDM and 9.3 for FSK.
