CAN'T Remove Account

I need  remove account from (application -->users), but i don't kown how to remove, please help me thank you

There should be an X button at the far right of that table to deleting individual users.  You may need to scroll.

If you don't see this button then you may not have a high enough role for account deletion.  What Role does your account have?  Administrator, Operator, ect.
