Not sure what I'm doing wrong here I use CNUT all the time to upgrade installed/working customer radios and access points. Just two nights ago I used this CNUT to upgrade 200+ v2.5.1 customer radios and v2.4.3 Access Points to v2.6.1.
Just before writing this I used this same computer/cnut to upgrade an installed customer radio from v2.5.1 to v2.6.1 and it worked fine. Our installed radios are configured with a separate management interface in the 10.10.#.#/255.255.0.0 and CNUT access them via that address.
New out of the box radios are not configured with a separate management interface. We can access and update the radios via the web interface at 192.168.0.1 and 169.254.1.1 also works. In CNUT we can connect to the radios via either of those addresses and refresh , everything works fine until I try to update them using either of those addresses. I get this trying to update a new out of the box force180 and a new out of the box 2.4Ghz force200.

NOTE. We upgraded one radio via the web interface to 2.5.1 and then tried to update it via CNUT to 2.6.1 but got the exact same results.
NOTE 2: As soon as the above update failed I connected to and updated an installed customer radio with no problems.
