Can't Upgrade/Update Configs in CNS

I have a pretty new CNS installation on Server 2012. I'm unable to successfully upgrade or update configs within the CNS server. The progress bar will change to "Downloading". It takes its sweet time. Then it says it reboots the device and comes back up "Failed". I CAN make any changes/upgrades through the web interface with no trouble, just not via the CNS interface. Any help would be much apprecaited.


I think I found the solution in case anyone else has this problem.

Admin > General > Device Accessible IP Address:

This is where I entered the IP of the CNS server. I am behind a NAT and the description on this option states that this is useful for that. Kind of a no brainer in hindsight.
