Is there any documentation with about Channel width, Frame Size and TDD mode in which combination these can be used?
Let's say, you can use 10MHz channel only in TDD PTP when there is 5ms time frame, etc...

5ms framing is supported on all channel widths. 2.5ms framing is only supported on 20 and 40MHz channel widths and is primarily provided to support sync between PMP100 and PMP450 radios. ePTP mode and flexible mode is not sync'able and uses dynamic frame ratios to increase performance and reduce latency.
AC products like the F300, PTP550 and ePMP 3000 currently do not have a configurable frame size, although they're using 5ms by default.
