I just installed a R190W router and the customer cannot chromecast. AP Isolation is disabled. They can cast when connected to the neighbor's router.
Any suggestions?

please reinstall your chromecast by pressing button avilable on chromecast for 10 seconds , than create new homeĀ
on your mobile APP and be sure that your mobile should be connected on same wifi-network on which you going to connect your chromecast.

Did you suggest the client invite household to access the device via the Google Home app, and why is it connected to the neighbor's wifi?
