Client Access to cnMaestro

We’d like to provide cnMaestro access to our clients on specific networks, not our entire client base.

We thought we would be able to do this and our client signed up for access to cnMaestro.

Now we cannot provide them access to their network specifically.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi @vincezag,

It sounds like you’re describing the MSP feature. This is an X feature that can be enabled from the left-hand menu under the Managed Services button. This will allow you to segment your networks into separate Managed Accounts with their own users and even add your own branding.

After setting up the Managed Account you can add users to it by selecting the Managed Account from the left-hand tree, select Configuration > Users > New User.
