We are having a problem accepting our CMMs into Prizm 3.1
It keeps saying unable to determine default password for Element even though it is set correctly.
The password for our CMMs is the same as our APs and our APs accept just fine. SNMP is the same for both as well.
Have you tried changing the password on CMM to something else, and setting it in Prizm?
Yes we have tried changing it, and also tried it with no password. Still doesn’t work.
