How can we resolve this problem? CMM is not obtaining tracked satellites.

This can happen when there is something interfering with the GPS signal, or the cable is suspect.  The antenna can see the satellites, but not decode the signal, therefore cannot track.

This has happened to some others and has been discussed here and an older thread here.
