CMM sync out

dear all my CMM micro is going down several times in a day
kindly tell me the problematic areas of the CMM

i am able to ping the connected APs but not SMs

i am not able to ping cmm also.

anyone have solution???

I am having the same issue. I just bought a brand new CMM3 and it is doing the exact same thing.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  When the CMM reboots it obviously takes the whole network down.
