Will the CMM3 running 3.1 power and provide GPS to the PMP 450i 900mhz AP's?

Unfortunately, the PMP450i 900 AP requires a CMM4 for Power and Sync. You can use the Sync output port (RJ-12) of the CMM3 to provide Sync to one 450i radio, if you are in a bind.
A UGPS can provide sync to two 450i APs and the 450iAP that it is connected to can provide the power to the UGPS.

Can we get a diagram of the connections?
The biggest probelm with trying this is power - the PMP450i APs require the 54V power supply that is sold as an accessory for the CMM4 - there is no way to use it in the CMM3.
CMM4 is what you need.
