I have installed a new CMM4 with a GPS antenna but i cannot get thesync from it, can you please support me with this issue???

"BAD - Under Current" usually indicates either a bad GPS antenna or a bad antenna cable running from CMM to GPS.

+1 to what newkirk said. You have a physical fault. Try the antenna on another CMM if you have one.
