Does anyone know if theirs a version oid to grab the current running firmware from the CMM5? I can't seem to find one, I found 1.3.6.1.4.1.25868.1.2.1.3.1.65 but that's for the firmware of the power unit not the actual controller.

great question. I'm looking into it and will let you know what I find.
You are correct that 1.3.6.1.4.1.25868.1.2.1.3.1.65 returns the firmware version of the power injector. More specifically, that OID is for the master injector - if slave injectors are equipped then the OID would be 1.3.6.1.4.1.25868.1.2.1.3.1.66 for the first slave, 1.3.6.1.4.1.25868.1.2.1.3.1.67 for the second, and so on.
I have confirmed that the CMM5 does not currently provide an OID to report the controller firmware version. We will add this feature to the list of candidates for implementation in a future firmware release.
