Cn maestro Onboarded cnPilot r190W with errors

Hi Guys,
I use CN Maestro to on-boarding cnPilot r190W as a daily basis, but this morning all installed routers had an exclamation mark after they get onboarded.

The config push has failed due to which the Onboarding page shows warning message with an exclamation mark. After this it seems the config push is done again from configuration page and the config applied successfully. What is the error it shows in the failed configuration Config_Sync event when the issue happened .

Thanks KR for you quick response. Will exclamation go away if the routers are working properly with the 2 pushed config?

Hi ,

If the config push worked fine , you should see the Sync Status as In Sync in the device dashboard page if you are using AP Groups for configuration push. If you are using Templates this field will be N/A . The exclamation mark will be there for user reference in the onboarding queue and this onboarding queue data will be there only for 7 days in the onboarding page.

If the exclamation point you’re talking about is on the onboarding page, you can click the Summary link on that device’s row to get details on the exact failure. The exclamation point on the onboarding page does not go away after correcting the error as it is a historic reference to the onboarding attempt itself.
