What is the wifi maximum speed and throughput on CnPilot  E400

Hi,

I connect my laptop to CnPilot E400, but the wifi speed shows 72 Mbps only why ?

If i connect another product like ruckus or TPLink it shows 150 Mbps.

My laptop is b/g/n supported.

I changed the channel width as 40 Mhz, still it shows 72 Mbps only.

Pls clarify.

The throughput number is the maximum aggregate throughput for multiple users, and considers the source broadband connection. I am forwarding your note to our support team so they can give you the details.

Looks like the client is either connecting in 1x1 mode, or adjusting its rate down to 72Mbps. Can you please email us a tech-support from the access point, along with details of the client (what client-card and driver version if possible) to support@cambiumnetworks.com?

you can download the tech-support file from the device GUI under 'Operations'.

I did not find any discrepency in your configuration. However could you please configure "Radio 1" to 20MHz.

Could you please provide more details of your wireless client?

  • Laptop model
  • Wireless client model.
