Question:   Why doesn't cnArcher detect my PMP SM.  

Are the LEDs on the SMs mostly solid (not flashing)?  If so, the PMP SM may have registered to a PMP AP if the AP had the Installer Color Code (ICC) feature enabled.  The network may have assigned a different IP address to the SM.   

With cnArcher open to the home screen, reboot the SM.  If in factory default mode, the SM should respond to the default IP,, before it gets an IP assigned from the network.  Once the device is discovered by cnArcher, proceed with the cnArcher installation (before the SM registers via ICC again).
