In the device tree, does this device have a parent deice? What is the folder hiearcy like (i.e. System --> Network --> ePMP AP -> ePMP SM --> cnPilot R201) ?
Do you seen this issue with only one device or with all of your devices?
What is the "Product Name" In the "Details" section on the far-right of the device dashboard? Is the problem related to only devices of this type?
