cnMaestro - ePMP 1000 - Modulo de Configuracion Masiva - Problema en estado de Clientes "Busy"

Buenos Dias. 

Estoy experimentando problemas en las configuraciones masivas: me aparecen clientes en estado "Device Busy" cuando no se le esta aplicando ninguna Configuracion. 

Borre todos los Jobs que tenia realizados para ver si tenia alguno colgado , reinicie el suscriptor, actualize firmware de la 3.2 a la 3.4.1 (esto no me lo tendria que dejar hacer si si realmente estubiera en estado Device busy)  y no funciona.

 Son varias los problemas que tengo con el modulo de configuracion que considero, junto con el modulo de actualizacion de firmwares, los mas importantes.

I have unlocked the seven devices that were blocked as "Busy" before.  It should now be possible to configure them again.

I analyzed the device entries and found that they were all locked during configuration jobs 67 or 68.  Did anything out of the ordinary happen with those jobs?

"I analyzed the device entries and found that they were all locked during configuration jobs 67 or 68.  Did anything out of the ordinary happen with those jobs?" --->  Probablemente borre estos trabajos porque es comunun que el cnMaestro me tire errores  time out de configuracion en algunos SM no especificos cuando hago configuraciones masivas de mas de 20 SM por lo tanto entiendo que hay algun error y detengo el trabajo.

Eso no deberia pasar a mi entender.

Yes, I've been using Chrome translate to understand.  Better to translate once rather than twice.

There was an issue a couple weeks ago where devices that failed with a Timeout error caused the job to become stuck.  I wondered if it was related but it doesn't sound like that is the case here.

When devices Timeout, did they also lose connectivity to cnMaestro?  After 15 minutes devices that lose connectivity after a configuration change will roll back their configuration.

No pierdo conectividad con cnMaestro, 

De hecho pruebo la conectividad desde el suscriptor y salgo a internet y hago un ping a cloud.cambiumnetworks.com y me responde. No es un problema de conectividad.
