cnMaestro falsely stating devices are offline

Good morning, 

At 0825 GMT, this morning, our cnMaestro stated that our entire network was offline, including all subscribers. We were able to log into every PTP and PMP and their uptimes showed no such outage. Was Cambium performing some sort of update that they didn't mention to the consumers? Although we are glad that our network did not officially go down, it is very concerning to us, as I am sure it would be to everyone else, that our managment system reflected such a severe outage. Did anyone else have this issue or have an explanation?
