I am lab testing the GAP and have run into an issue that you may be able to clarify. I have enabled Free and Paid and Voucher capability; when I logon with the Free service, the confirm page appears with a Logout button, but when I pay for service it doesn’t. The reason this is a problem is that some clients may wish to logout of one device (if they are at their limit of 3) in order to allow another device to use the token. I notice that under the GAP–>Access–>Free tab that there is a checkbox to “Enable Logout functionality for the guest client”, but this isn’t an option on the Paid screen. Can you tell me how to implement this? Thanks for your assistance.
According to Cambium support, this isn’t available. Would your programmers be able to assist with this problem?
