cnMaestro not updating a epmp3000 ip address

Hi just wondering has anyone experienced what the subject line states?  I have a epmp 3000 showing one ip on maestro, cant access the unit via the ip on maestro and my router shows different ip and I can access the unit via that IP, so just wondering why it hasnt updated in maestro?  Thanks!

Are you using cloud or On premises cnmaestro and what is the version you are using. If you are using cloud version can you please invite me to your account to debug the issue.  Go to Application->Users and try clicking on Invite cambium support. My mail id is

Also please share the topology diagram of the AP connectivity to cnmaestro server. Any switch/router in between thorugh which the AP is connected to the cloud or onpremises server.
