It is a shame that cnMaestro almost works!

If it didn't work I'd put the effort into some useful tools and if it did work I could just use it but...

Kudos for allowing scheduled updates! (after 2 years)

Kudos for even building the tool.

But please, release updates, release them often.

Fix bugs, accept feedback or just apologise and leave the space in the market for a decent third party tool.

The map feature is the most useful thing on it, and the most frustrating. I have 8 cores and 32GB of RAM assigned to cnMaestro but it crashes everytime I update a map view because I have 000's of SMs and hundreds of sectors. Please allow me to set view SMs as off by default.

Please allow me to choose whch sectors and towers to view dynamically rather than by reloading the entire map.

Please allow mw to actually view (and identify) a specific SM in context of other clients.

Please release some updates!

Feedback provided by customers like you have helped us a lot in improving the cnMaestro product and we are sincerely thankful for that. We shall actively work on this feedback and shall try to improve it in one of the upcoming releases. Could you also please share the On-Premises software version for replicating the issue.
