ho installato cnMaestro On-Promises ed ho problemi per associare i dispositivi.

i have a problems to association too, in phone calls says no have problem in cnMaestro but i think it no work fine, please REPAIR IT soon i loss a lot of time, and it no work
Can you please send your cambiumID and device MAC via private message.
Also please attach device techsupport by login from device UI

we installed cnMaestro On -Premises on our private server . I do not know if I have to send attached to email Technical Support Dump , because I can not download it from the browser
If you are not able to access the browser, then you can always use CLI command.
just go to cnmaestro CLI as root user (sudo su )
Then type below command
cnmaestro-techdump
This should download the techdump in the /tmp directory and you can copy it and send the link via private message
