cnMaestro Onboarding problem

Hello ALL, my new business partner has a cnMaestro account and this account is not able to onboard new devices. Meanwhile, when I change settings in ePMP radio’s to my account, it is able to onboard pending approval and shows up in my account.

The radio’s come with an error of invalid onboarding key meanwhile the credentials are perfectly correct. Has anyone had the same problem on a new account? How do we get the new account to start onboarding radio’s?

Please help.

ask your partner to create a new Cambium ID and onboarding Key based on yours and see how it goes.

We have done this and we have created new ID’s with separate scenarios but does not work.
I suppose Cambium does something at their end at the platform level to allow on-boarding.
