I just created an account so I can manage the equipment when it arrives but the dashboard only has two buttons. One for manage instance and one for manage users. Have I missed a step somewhere? I don’t see anyway to claim a device by serial number as mentioned in the user guides
Hi Martin – it looks like an Anchor Account was created in error. This is a new feature that has not been turned on yet. We are investigating why this happened. I just tested new account creation myself, and it worked as expected.
