I tried to downolad some of the reports of events and alarms, but they are quite very simple. Are you planning to upgrade the look and feel of reports?.
Yes as we progress and based on customer feedback and our feature plan we will improve on it.
I hope its soon, being a monitoring tool, one of the important issues that a customer wants, is the reports they can get from the tool. And so far the cnMaestro reporting doesn't help.
Any news about cnMaestro reports making more customer friendly?
Customer's idea is to get, let's say monthly/weekly, report from cnMaestro sent to their emails. Where they can see all the important things, as they are already in .csv, but it would be nice to get them in maybe .pdf or some simple format.
