cnMaestro - Unable to Sync AP - "Key not in the table" error message

Good morning,

One of my cnPilot E500 is unable to sync via my cnMaestro-onPremises (updated to last version).

The error that is showing is "Key not in the table", as shown in the screenshots below.

I cannot push any configuration to the AP. Any clue? Thanks in advance

Hi ,

what is the device firmware being used. There is a known issue for the error mentioned by you and is fixed in

3.11.2-r2 build. Please try to use this build and see whether the issue is still reproducible.

Hi,

The AP version is 3.10.3-r3 (recommended).

I have updated and I have my APs in the new cnMaestro. Everything fine.
