CNMAESTRO VERSION MUST SUPPORT OLDER FIRMWARE TO GET ONBOARDED

ZERO TOUCH CONFIGURATION.

This is meant to make installation easy for big deployment.

BUT we noticed that sometimes the link to cloud is not even showed (Note that the unit have a firmware to support cnmaestro) we have to manually input the link.
AND also we have to upgrade to newest firmware to successfully boarded it to cnmeastro? so where is the zero touch configuration works in this?

So PLEASE when u upgrade cnmaestro version make sure its supported older firmware version.

We have a few cases using E410 out of the box firmware 3.10 cannot b boarded to cnmaestro but once we upgraded it, it was a success.
Also this should be disable by default "Validate Server Certificate" because sometimes we cannot boarded unit to cloud because of this.

I saw the setting to allow updates once new devices in touch with cnmaestro. Very incovenient.

Also u have to enable the setting in cnmeastro which also can disturb the network in future because it will auto updates all the equipment in cnmaestro.

Why u asking user to do all this manually when u can just enable it in begining without user manually select the option?

Thanks for reporting this.

We are aware of this issue and our next update will auto onboard the device with recommended version.
