Cannot work out why the cloud hosted instances of Maestro X has no provision to backup the configuration of devices.
You can view the configuration of a device if it’s online, once this device is offline you cannot view any of the saved configuration. Support suggested to use configuration templates, yes but would have to template 3000+ bespoke devices in our case.
This is available in on prem, but cannot be automated.
