cnMatrix EX2052-P Switch shutdown

Hi there, we’ve an end to end cambium solutions with an NSE 3000 edge router connected to a single cnMatrix EX2052-P which has a mix of 30 XV2-22H & XV2-21X attached.

At the moment it seems about once a week the switch appears to completely stop passing traffic. the only fix is to pull the power lead and restart it. does anyone know what could be causing it? i’m getting nowhere with tech support who seem fixated on an occasional flapping WAN port on the NSE.

I think Cambium switches can’t manage large traffic, especially if IPTV is involved; they will occasionally freeze.
