I am having trouble getting my cnMatrix EX2028-P switch into cnMaestro. I have it trunked to a Ciena switch. I can ping the cnMatrix switch from other devices on the vlan but the cnMatrix switch cannot ping the gateway. I have a cnPilot e700 connected to the cnMatrix switch and the cnPilot can successfully communicate with cnMaestro and the gateway. Has anyone else had this issue?
Post your configuration of the switch, and tell what port is used for uplink and maybe some diagramm of your network.
If your switch can not communicate with the gateway forget onboarding.
Please ssh into the switch and run the command ‘show running-config’.
