Can you please share the techsupport file to my email when ever client disconnect and connected back to AP.
Techsupport file can be downloaded
1) Login to AP
2) Navigate to Operations
3) Download TechSupport file
Also can you please confirm the following
1) You are seeing the issue only when you stream 4k video on your client ?
2) How many clients are connected to AP when this issue was happened ?
3) Can you please share the client details ? (it is mac or window or mobile or tab...etc)
