cnPilot E410 Blue LED cannot be accessed nor reset

Hi, I have this problem with this unit Cambium cnPilot E410. I cannot access the unit at all, and it’s not functioning normally, but the unit is still on with the LED glowing blue.

I know that blue LED Cambium usually indicates the access point is in cnMaestro-managed mode, but the access point is configured as a standalone.

Please help.
