are you sure that access point from picture is e410 model? E410, which is indoor AP, doesnt look like this one on the picture.
Maybe one of e50Xs? 
Yes , your observation is right 
On pics you see outdoor cnpilot.
But there are also e410 installed into some restaurants or bars all around .
Good excuse to run Speedtest with a good drink

We install e502s at a lof festivals over the summer months to allow bars to take card payments. No better test than actually completing a transaction to ensure payments are working!
