CnPilot e410 mesh workin fine but CnMaestro shows Client OFFLINE

Hi! I built a mesh network in my apartment with 2 e410 units and the leds on both equipment are blue, but when I look at CnMaestro it shows the Client equipment which is onboarded as OFFline. What can I do?
