Hello!
I upgraded my firmware from 3.11.3 to the latest 4.2.1 today and noticed that the signal strength is much weaker at 2.4 Ghz.
Unfortunately, I can’t restore 3.11.X because the update is running, but nothing happens.
Unfortunately, I have an EU region, so the maximum strength in the settings is 15.
How can I restore the 3.XX firmware?

Please downgrade AP to 3.11.4.1-r3.
Could you please share the country code, you have configured. It will helps us to check if there are any changes in 3.11.x vs 4.x.y.
This version was successfully restored and is now good again 
My country code is Hungary

Just u have to buy devices with ROW region.
Transmit power is limited to respective country Regulatory limits.
