cnPilot E600 x 12 units with high latency and bad ping test

hi guys. i have a customer who bough 12 units of cnpilot e600 x 12 units for their office. before this they bought ubnt uap ac pro, and currently still running.

when they install these cnpilot e600, the results are bad. latency is high, ping test is bad. compare to ubnt, its about more than 60% lower for latency and ping test. 

at first we suspect, maybe the uap ac pro signal is too strong and intefere the e600. however, when we turn off the uap ac pro, e600 is improving but, only about 20% improvement. 

anyone might have similar issue with e600 deployment? is there maybe firmware issue? if its hardware issue, all those 12 units e600 giving similar result. so, it cant be the hardware issue.

Have you tested with a single AP? Also check how old the AP's firmware is. Upgrade if needed and then check.

we using latest firmware of e600.

fyi we tried to use as standalone. and results are great. ping and latency test improve a lot. so, we suspect the cnmaestro cloud having issue. maybe you can confirm on this?

cnMaestro cloud is not doing anything here. Have you checked the channel plan? You may want to open Support case for our attention to check the RF related settings.
