<Sat Aug 27 03:31:03 2016> DEV_MANAGER[12035]: Attempting (re)connection in 5 minutes

Retries every five minutes and repeats the same errors. Was working earlier this morning, albeit slowly, and now nothing. Any insite?

Hardware Version V1.3
Loader Version V3.07(Aug 20 2015 17:38:07)
Firmware Version 4.2.3-R4(201606031245)
Device-Agent Version 2.36

Mysteriously, after an hour of just letting it sit there, it's now showing up in cnMaestro.

The only thing that I changed was the timezone for the NTP service. By default it was set to China, I changed it to CST (GMT-6). If that is the only thing keeping it from onboarding that is REALLY going to suck to have to change it for every router prior to onboarding it.

Changed timezone on router #2...still will not onboard.

Are you using cnMaestro Cloud or On-Premises?  If Cloud, can you email me offline at emilio.dibenedetto@cambiumnetworks.com?  Please send me your cnMaestro Cambium ID and the device MAC address/serial number.

During the time where it was failing to onboard, did the device seem to have proper networking configuration?  For example, could Wi-Fi clients connect and pass traffic ?  From the device UI, if you used the PING tool, could you ping your cnMaestro URL successfully (i.e. DNS and gateway IP configured)?

Thanks,

Emilio

Same thing is happing here. Traffic is passing.

Hello all,

Claimed via serial number.

Brand New R200P 4.2.3-R4 out of the box -  approx 6 to  minutes from power up to "Devive Pending Approval Status"

Brand New 201P 4.2.3-R4 out of the box - 5approx 5 minutes from power up to Devive Pending Approval Status"

it took mine awhile but showed up under maestro, yours looks like you shoud go under the onboarding section and approve it.

Yeah, same here. It took a while but it did finally show up for onboarding.

Do you still see the problem?

If yes kindly send me your cambium id at rupamkhaitan@gmail.com

Nope, no problems any longer. Everything is fine again.
