hi all, 

when i log in the cns server, i always have this message: 

CNS Server back end is not running. Actions can be scheduled but will not begin until the back end service is started.
Please contact your system administrator for more information.

ive tried to reinstall the program 2 times...

does anyone has this problem ??

Hi,

 

This message comes, when your backend services are not running properly. Please check your ‘postgresql’ and ‘CNS server’ services.

I have exactely the same problem the cns server service has stopped and does not want to start manually or automatically.

Please check CNS Server services is up and running or not. If you are facing any issue to restart the service then, please send us the 'Error Logs' you are getting while restarting the services.
