I’m trying to find out why the CNUT AP autoupdate feature isn’t working… I am using CNUT 1.1, and have selected Update->Configure->“Enable SM Autoupdate when an Access Point is Updated” and “Use Access Point as File Server”.
I’ve read the CNUT guides, and can’t see any reason why this isn’t working. As long as I can reach the APs and SMs directly, I can update them directly, but not through the Autoupdate feature.

Any ideas?
Have you checked the SNMP password, the Canopy Password, and the Autoapplication server address (or something like that) in the AP and in CNUT?
I find that when updating an AP, CNUT likes to reset the server address causing the problem you are having.
